Dr.Jauchen and his wife Mary began their international ministry in 1968.  Initially, John played basketball in Latin America, Asia, and Europe with Sports Ambassadors.  He has extensive pastoral experience and today directs the work of TBII International.  He and Mary have five grown children.

Philip and Jan TrainPhilip and Jan Train...Bolivia

Dr. Train and his wife have been missionaries in Bolivia since 1979.  Phil was born of missionary parents and has a deep understanding of Latino culture.  He has pastored for many years and also ministers extensively throughout Latin America and Asia.  His specific focus is marriage, family, and personal care for those in ministry.  He serves as the International Coordinator for TBII, with a primary responsibility to mentor and shepherd the growing team of Master Teachers.  Phil and Jan have six grown children.

Hector & Myllene BurkeHector and Myllene Burke...Panama

Brother Hector and his wife Myllene are business people by trade.  Educated with an MBA, his true passion is for Christ and His Kingdom.  With Myllene he serves in the pastoral ministry of their church, coaching younger couples in their marriage relationships.  His aim is to see solid teaching teams produced that will equip and empower leaders throughout Panama and eventually in surrounding countries.  He and his wife are proud parents of four children.

Brother Johnny Gaco is an experienced Pastor.  He and Edna also directed a home for disadvantaged children.  Johnny is the National Director of TBII in the Philippines and has the vision of expanding the course to other Asian countries.  The Gacos have two grown children.
